I'm Rachel, the founder of KOVU Collective.
I started KOVU because I wanted to build a cleaning business around something pretty simple:
Do the job properly. Make it easy for the client. Leave them with more time.
I care about the little things that make a clean feel properly finished. Taking the time to do the job thoroughly, consistently and with care.
That's the KOVU standard.
Outside of KOVU, I'm pretty easy to find. Usually camping somewhere, drinking a Pepsi Max or listening to heavy metal. Occasionally all three.
